Order processing and production

In-stock orders are prepared for shipment after payment and inventory verification. Custom, made-to-order, ring-builder, sized, engraved, and special-order pieces require additional sourcing or production time. Any delivery estimate shown for a shipping service begins after the order is ready to ship and does not include production, customization, inspection, or processing time.

We will contact you if an item requires additional time or if information is needed to complete your order.

Domestic delivery options

Complimentary Insured Delivery: estimated 3–5 business days after shipment.
Insured Priority Delivery: estimated 1–2 business days after shipment; $35.
Insured Overnight Delivery: estimated 1 business day after shipment; $75.

Carrier transit estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, holidays, security reviews, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Insurance, tracking, and signature

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance appropriate for the shipment. Signature confirmation may be required, particularly for high-value orders. Please provide a secure delivery address where an adult can accept the package. We may contact you before shipment to confirm delivery details.

Address changes

Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is submitted. For security, we may require identity or payment verification before changing a delivery address.

Delivery issues

Inspect your package promptly. Report visible damage, an incorrect item, or a missing shipment to service@kyleanthonycollection.com or 727-498-2522 as soon as possible. Retain all packaging and documentation. We may require photographs, a carrier claim, or other information before resolving a shipping issue.

Once a carrier records a package as delivered, claims involving theft or loss may require cooperation with the carrier, insurer, or local authorities.

Shipping restrictions

Online shipping options currently apply to eligible United States addresses. We may decline or require additional verification for freight-forwarding locations, P.O. boxes, hotels, temporary addresses, or addresses that cannot accept insured signature-required shipments.
